As part of an official visit to Russia, a delegation from the Ministry of Food Processing Industries of the Government of India (MoFPI), headed by Deputy Minister Mr. Avinash Joshi, took part in a series of strategic meetings with representatives of leading Russian business groups.
During the visit, the delegation held extensive talks with the management of Oleonafta Business Group. The discussions were attended by the company’s CEO, Mr. Stanislav Neveynitsyn, and Director of International Business Development, Mr. Samvel Bagdasaryan.
The key focus of the talks was a detailed exploration of promising opportunities in bilateral trade and investment. The parties discussed potential areas for long-term cooperation, the establishment of joint manufacturing partnerships, the development of market ties, and stronger commercial engagement between Indian companies and Oleonafta Business Group.
Such international meetings provide an important platform for direct business-to-business engagement, a deeper understanding of mutual market needs, and the development of promising, legally and economically secure avenues for broader future cooperation between Russia and India.
The Ministry reaffirmed its strong commitment to supporting the integration of Indian businesses into global markets and to developing strong international partnerships with Oleonafta Business Group.
