The 2022 sowing campaign has ended

Spring sowing is completed. Taking into account the remaining winter grains (1.2 million hectares) and perennial grasses (90 thousand hectares), the sown area this year amounted to 4.1 million hectares, said Roman Kovalsky, Deputy Chairman of the Government and Minister of Agriculture of the region.
Spring sowing was carried out on an area of ​​2.8 million hectares. The planned targets for sowing spring crops were achieved in 22 districts. In the Krasnokutsky district, 112% of the plan was fulfilled, Krasnopartizansky and St. Petersburg - 108%, Ozinsky - 107%, Novoburassky, Turkovsky, Rivne - 104% each, Novouzensky and Petrovsky - 103%.
