Saratov farmers collected more than 7 million tons of grain

Saratov farmers collected 7.081 million tons of grain. The record result as of January 1 was recorded by Saratovstat.
About 71% of the total volume is wheat – 5 million tons. For sunflower the figure was 2.271 million tons (110 thousand tons more than the previous
highest result).
On behalf of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, the Saratov region also increased the soybean sown area by a third in 2022, which made it possible to harvest 58.8 thousand tons of crop.
