The Saratov region is demonstrating impressive results during the current harvesting campaign, having crossed an important milestone and already harvested more than 2.5 million tons of grain crops. The governor of the region, Roman Busargin, proudly announced this, expressing sincere gratitude to all field workers for their tireless work and dedication.
“Thank you to everyone who is working in the fields today,” the governor noted in his address via the telegram channel.
Eight districts of the region deserve special attention, showing outstanding results and surpassing the mark of 100 thousand tons of harvested crops. The leading positions are confidently held by a triumvirate of districts: Pugachevsky with an impressive figure of 139.3 thousand tons, Ershovsky, which collected 135.3 thousand tons, and Ekaterinovsky district with a result of 123.1 thousand tons.
Other districts that demonstrate high performance do not lag behind the leaders: the Engels district boasts a harvest of 119.5 thousand tons, Balashovsky - 107.1 thousand tons, Krasnokutsky - 105.8 thousand tons. Kalininsky and Fedorovsky districts close the list of leaders with results of 104.3 and 103.1 thousand tons, respectively.
Such impressive indicators indicate not only favorable weather conditions, but also the high professionalism of Saratov farmers, their ability to effectively use modern technologies and farming methods. The successful implementation of the harvesting campaign is of strategic importance for the economy of the region and makes a significant contribution to ensuring food security for the entire country.
